User Experience
If users work with the same interface and perform many repetitive actions, adding shortcuts is a valuable idea. It not only increases the speed of actions but also unlocks the possibilities of macros and scripts.

Documentation
Asynchronous communication is effective, and using recorded videos (e.g., Loom) helps build low-effort, easily accessible documentation for the team.

Project Management
When you are a small team, use raw systems like Google Drive with folders, files, and a centralized file with all the links.
